Trainee Energy Consultant 

Salary: Industry-leading compensation package: Base salary of £20,000 + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses + daily and weekly incentives. Realistic OTE of £50,000+ first year for motivated individuals.

As a Trainee Energy Consultant, you’ll become a trusted advisor for companies, helping them understand market dynamics and secure cost-effective, sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing SME clients, building strong rapport and introducing our services and energy-saving solutions.
• Understand each client’s current energy procurement strategy, identifying areas where we can help improve or optimise their contracts.
• Develop and manage relationships with your clients, providing a single point of contact for ongoing energy needs and contract renewals.
• Uphold industry regulations and adhere to Kinetic Energy Solutions' standards to ensure a high-quality, compliant service.

Training & Development: Our comprehensive training program equips you with the skills to succeed in energy consulting, including industry insights, sales techniques, and client management. Following onboarding, you’ll have the tools and independence to build your client portfolio and manage your workload effectively.
